All works created and published by YamaokaGaku are centrally managed by YamaokaGaku, who is both the author and the copyright holder, and therefore do not fall under “unmanaged works.” Regardless of whether the user is an individual or a corporation, and whether the use is commercial or non-commercial, no use of the works is permitted without the authorization of the copyright holder. Any and all unauthorized use—including reproduction, duplication, modification, distribution, commercial use, and use for AI training—is strictly prohibited.
